A local-activist organised discussion forum

The Action for Animals Community Forum is a chance for South East Queensland animal advocates to come together for a day of interactive talks and panel sessions that aim to inspire hope, creativity and strategic action to protect our non-human animal kin.

We want everyone’s voice to be heard.

First held in 2019, the A4A Forum is a grassroots full-day event organised by local advocates united in the belief that a kinder world is possible. Why a forum? Because we can all be better activists, we can all learn some thing from each other, we can all benefit from making connections within our movement and from discussing strategies for social change.

The second forum took place in June 2024, with a wonderful lineup of speakers, panellists and participants coming together for an inspiring day.

Planning is underway for a 2025 forum. In the meantime, we are continuing to exchange mutual learning and take action for animals at regular community gatherings. For the latest info and event announcements, head to facebook.com/A4AForum or meetup.com/BrisVeganMeetup.
