There is limited parking around the venue.
It is a 19 minute walk from Roma Street train station.
There are a number of bus stops near the venue.

A water bottle, and a mug if you want tea and coffee.
A plate and utensils for lunch and refreshments.
We will have some of both for those who don't bring them, but we ideally want this to be a zero-waste conference so it will help us out immensely.

All catering is vegan. We'll also have a gluten-free lunch option that you can choose when booking your ticket.

We're going to have a space open for everyone to speak. We'll have a facilitator, and a group of invited guests to get the discussion going. Once they've introduced their perspectives, we hope to get yours.
Yavanna is a 13 minute walk from the forum and there are also buses along Given Terrace.
This is being organised by a small volunteer group of long term activists.
Animal Liberation Queensland, now known as AnimalKIND, are also providing insurance for the event.

There may be videos or discussions which won't be suitable for children. We would recommend 14 as the minimum age.
We aren't planning on it, although if we get a volunteer who would like to assist, it's possible that the talks in the main room will be recorded. We'll update the info here and make an announcement on the day if so.
